Shipping policy

Items ordered will be delivered within 3 days if items is readily available or 1 week to 2 weeks if item will be customized.

However if an item is urgently needed, it can be delivered to you within 24 hours and on most occasions within 12 hours. This will attract an extra charge of GHc 10 if item cost is less than GHc50, or 10% of the cost of the item if it's GHc 50 or above as additional delivery charges.

We encourage all our customers to promptly inspect purchased products that is received and possibly send us a short Whatsapp and text message to our sales distributor notifying us of your level of satisfaction.
