Q1. Are you a registered company in Ghana.
Ans: Yes. We are registered with the Ghana Registrar General Department with registration no. CS103452016 since 9th June, 2016 and we have renewed annually since then. We are also legally registered with all legal bodies including Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), Local Metropolitan Authority, Public Procurement Agency (PPA) among others.

Q2. How do I place an order?
Ans: You can order for your desired product through our website. Just add to cart and complete order. You can also call or WhatsApp us on 050 104 8460 to place your order. Orders are also received through our LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) channels. Rarely, you may be unable to complete orders our website due to website updates. In such instances, kindly use the other order avenues available.
Q3. How do I make payment?
Ans: You can make payment with via Mobile Money or your debit/credit card securely through Paystack on all our sales channels. You can also pay cash on delivery. Payment options are provided upon checkout.
Q4. Can I return orders and receive a refund?
Ans: Yes you can. Learn more about our return policy here. Refunds will be processed via initial payment channels as soon as goods are received and verified.
Q5. What should I do when I receive a defective product?
Ans: Get in touch immediately and we will swiftly arrange for a replacement.

Q7. When do I receive my order?
Ans: Same day delivery is possible for orders made before 12 noon afterwards, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of confirmation. Customized products may take up to 14 working days. Imports in transit may take up to 3 months.
